cleaning operations which will run for the owners' association are :
-maturat / washing / scale / floor / hallway / stair / elevator - 1-2 days / week
-cleaning / delete windows / mirrors / elevator / door access block - daily
-curatat / washing after lifting garbage bins - according to company sanitation
-curatenie general twice a year as follows:
a. March 1 to April 23 before St. George
b. September 1 to October 26 before St. Dimitrie
(Washing / cleaning, carpentry, windows, insects, spiders, walls, tiles, doors housings, switches power, switchgear, gas columns, other columns existing block radiators).
